Before You Go:
- Learn about the Show: Take some time to read about the performance you’ll be seeing. Whether it’s a modern twist on a classic story or a thought-provoking new production, knowing a bit about the storyline and characters will enhance your experience.
- Understand the Themes: Many of the productions at Astonishing Theatre Company explore important themes such as courage, friendship, responsibility, and creativity. Discuss these ideas before the show to spark excitement and curiosity.
During Your Visit:
- Appreciate the Performance: The professional actors, elaborate costumes, and detailed sets will bring the stories to life before your eyes. Watch how the lighting, music, and movements on stage help tell the story in a unique way.
- Participate in the Experience: Many shows include opportunities for audience interaction or Q&A sessions with the cast and crew. Be prepared to engage with the actors and share your thoughts after the performance!
After the Show:
- Discuss the Performance: Talk with your group about what you learned from the play or musical. What were the key themes, and how did the characters grow or change throughout the story?
- Creative Activities: For younger students, draw a favorite scene or character from the play. Older students can write a short reflection or create a presentation on how the performance connected to themes like teamwork, self-expression, or overcoming challenges.
Educator Package: Includes educational resources, interactive project ideas, trip organization, direct experiential opportunities to help better connect the experience with your students and complimentary chaperone ticket. Does not include student ticket.
Student Package: Includes engaging pre and post educational visit activities, trip organization and student ticket.

Please use the information on this page (package type, venue name, price, etc.) to submit an order request with your school. Once your order is approved, your school will forward the request to us. We will then reach out to you with instructions on how to finalize your trip details and access accompanying resources. Once finalized, you will receive your e-tickets and any additional materials directly to your inbox within 1-3 business days.
