Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

Please use the information on our A La Carte page (package type, venue name, price, etc.) to submit an order with your school. Once your order is approved, your school will forward the request to us. After we receive it, we will reach out to you via email with instructions on how to finalize trip details and access accompanying resources. Once you confirm these details, we will send your e-tickets and additional materials directly to your inbox within 1-3 business days. If you haven't received the email by then, please ensure that you checked your junk email folder prior to contacting us.

What do I do once my order is approved by my charter?

Once your order is approved, your charter school will send us your request. Depending on your school's processing time, this can be instant or take several days. Once we receive the request, we will contact you within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to confirm your trip details and access resources and educational materials. After your trip is confirmed, we will email your tickets, unless your order requires passes or membership to be mailed to your address.

How long is the processing time?

This answer depends largely on your school. Your school may need ample processing time to review your order, approve it, and then send us your request. Once we receive your order request from your school, we will reach out to you via email within 1-2 business days with instructions to confirm your trip details prior to purchasing tickets. Please ensure you are aware of your school's processing times and plan accordingly. 

How long do I have to use my order?

Orders placed during the first half of the school year (August through December) are valid until July 31st of the following year. Orders placed during the second half of the school year (January through June) are valid until December 31st of the same year. Please note that some schools require orders to be used during the school year, and these requirements must be adhered to. Please ensure that you are aware of your school's policies prior to placing an order. 

What is the return/rescheduling policy?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased for you we are unable to reschedule or transfer them to different dates. Please ensure your dates and times are correct when confirming trip details.

How do I register for a group field trip?

To register for one of our group field trips listed on our Upcoming Field Trips page, click on the "DETAILS" link for the trip you wish to attend and register using the coupon code provided in the event description at checkout. If you are using charter school funding, you will still need to register for the event to hold your spot. After registering, please immediately submit your request to your school using the information (field trip name, package type, price, etc.) provided on the field trip page. If we do not receive your order request within two weeks, we will unfortunately have to remove you from the trip unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Once we receive approval from your school, your field trip will be officially confirmed.

What is the cancellation policy for a group field trip

All field trip sales are final. Extensive planning and detailed preparation goes into each of our field trips and we are unable to refund cancellations. Please ensure you are able to attend the field trip prior to registering. 

Why do our package prices differ from what is listed on the venue's website?

We are partnered with charter schools throughout the state to help families to utilize their school funding to visit venues that might otherwise be unavailable to them. Operating as a business, we shoulder substantial costs, particularly in the extensive behind-the-scenes collaboration with the schools we serve. Our pricing structure varies from what you may find on the venue's website because our offerings extend far beyond just tickets and passes. Each package we provide includes educational resources tailor made for each experience, project ideas, trip organization and collaboration with each family to support every experience we offer. This combined value is transparently reflected in our pricing.
